Responsibilities

• Methodology Implementation: Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies across your assigned projects.
• Planning and Scheduling: Oversee detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
• Cost Management: Establish and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and manage cost variances.
• Earned Value Management (EVM): Implement EVM to measure project performance and progress.
• Reporting: Deliver regular status reports with KPIs and variance analysis to stakeholders.
• Change Management: Manage changes to scope, schedule, or budget and ensure proper documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in project controls processes and tools.
