Onni Property Management Services Ltd in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to manage project finances, track budgets, and support financial operations across construction initiatives. You will perform job costing, progress billings, and intercompany accounting, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to accuracy and timely reporting in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project, job cost or construction accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and WIP reporting.
• Hands-on job costing, progress billings and standard labour costing in US/Canada.
• Knowledge of multi-entity and intercompany accounting, US sales tax & Canada GST/PST.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of project, job cost or construction accounting experience
• Hands-on job costing, progress billings and standard labour costing in the U.S. and Canada
• Working knowledge of multi-entity and intercompany accounting, U.S. sales and use tax, and Canadian GST/PST
