The role focuses on preparing and maintaining accurate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections for construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in project accounting for construction projects.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for projects.
• Perform cost analysis and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Reconcile project accounts and investigate variances.
• Assist in preparing project forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Support month-end and year-end closes.
