Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management of high-rise projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing detailed analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain comprehensive project accounting records and documentation.
• Conduct regular financial audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.

Skills and Experience:

• Accounting Expertise: Demonstrated experience in project accounting, particularly within high-rise construction projects.
