Upstaff Employment Services Inc. is seeking a Programmer Analyst II for Service New Brunswick (SNB) in Fredericton, NB, to maintain and enhance the CSDS. The role requires extensive senior-level programming and systems analysis experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Java, and SSIS/SSRS skills.

The position is a full-time 12-month contract, starting December 1, 2026, onsite at 520 King Street. Candidates must be able to work onsite for the duration and have excellent English communication.

Formación

• 15+ years of IM/IT experience required.
• 10+ years as Senior Programmer Analyst, covering programming and systems analysis.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Available to commence December 1, 2026 and onsite in Fredericton NB.
• Experience with healthcare or provincial applications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, support, troubleshoot, and enhance CSDS.
• Develop and optimize SSRS reports and SSIS packages.
• Create and modify Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures.
• Develop Java components and work with Oracle/SQL Server databases.
• Support Linux batch jobs and data conversion activities.
• Participate in full development lifecycle including design, coding, testing and deployment.
