Qualifications

• 5+ years of application programming and analysis experience.
• 5+ years with CA Gen (version 8.5 or higher).
• 5+ years of experience with SQL.
• 3+ years developing technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• 3+ years with SSRS.
• 3+ years supporting public-sector health care applications in Canada.
• 2+ years with JBoss and/or Tomcat.
• 2+ years with service management processes and tools.
• 2+ years in UNIX/Linux environments.
• 1+ year using version control software.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Fredericton, NB.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the CSDS application.
• Maintain PL/SQL packages and resolve defects.
• Support a Java-based application.
• Develop SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Conduct unit, functional, and regression testing.
• Create functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in system analysis, design, and development.
• Contribute to user experience design.
• Ensure secure application design and coding standards.
• Support performance tuning and optimization.
• Collaborate with team practices and standards.
• Complete assigned development tasks.
