Job summary

TEEMA Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Manufacturing to coordinate PLM and MES initiatives and lead a complex program in a hybrid environment. You will supervise system integration including SAP S/4HANA and maintenance systems, while aligning stakeholders across departments and driving transformation.

The role requires extensive experience in IT and engineering project management, strong domain expertise in PLM and MES, and bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT and engineering project management experience.
• At least 5 years managing large-scale programs.
• Significant PLM and MES experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, multidisciplinary programs.
• Experience with system integration and major transformations.
• Fluent French and English (bilingual).

What you will be doing:
