Job summary
CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Energy Advisor to support residential energy efficiency programs, guiding homeowners and contractors through eligibility, documentation, and project completion. The role focuses on residential retrofits, building systems, and program compliance, with travel across Vancouver Island.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of energy advisor or related field experience.
- CSA F280-12 load calculation experience required.
- Knowledge of residential buildings, HVAC, and energy upgrades.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willing to travel across Vancouver Island.
Responsibilities
- Support homeowners and contractors from eligibility to completion.
- Provide technical guidance on energy upgrades and retrofit requirements.
- Troubleshoot project and program questions.
- Review documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Support QA/QC for project accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and train teammates.
- Travel within Vancouver Island.
