Job summary

Pb4P in Toronto is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the ePrescribing portfolio within the health system. The role focuses on managing issues, risks, and deployment reporting for front-line clinical workflows, including lab orders, prescribing and referrals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation, drive adoption and oversee change management during concept, planning, implementation and close-out phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years experience managing electronic health-related projects.
• Experience with project management concepts (scope, risk, scheduling, quality).
• Experience with prescription data workflows in hospitals, agencies or pharmacies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects related to the ePrescribing portfolio.
• Develop program status reports and deployment tracking for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documents and repository updates.
• Collaborate with Agency teams (ONE ID, Registry, DHDR).
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for decisions makers.
• Lead change management and workflow redesign across project stages.
