Job summary

Source Code is seeking two Junior Project Managers/Leaders to onboard sites to the Digital Health Drug Repository alongside a team of health‑IT professionals. You will manage issues, risks, and change requests to ensure timely deployment and strong client satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in project management within electronic health projects, plus experience with healthcare information systems. Onsite 5 days at 525 University Avenue in Ontario, Canada.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with project management experience supporting electronic health-related projects.
• 2-4 years of experience with knowledge of healthcare information systems, pharmacy management systems and/or hospital information systems.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with management of project or program communications, including both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with document management including the application of standards, version-control, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Onboard sites to the Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) repository and manage issues, risks and service change requests.
• Ensure on-time deployment of clients and effective project communications.
• Provide deployment reporting and tracking across sites and projects.
