Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Lead Program Manager for Oncology and Technology Strategy to drive the Responsible AI governance program. You will translate policy and charter requirements into an executable roadmap, manage cross-functional risk, and ensure timely decisions with measurable outcomes.

You will lead RAIB and EAIC reviews, align priorities with senior sponsors, and deliver executive dashboards that inform governance and portfolio health. Hybrid in-office work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with high business impact.
• Ability to establish governance, delivery standards, and reporting.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Experience using data, dashboards, automation, or analytics to improve visibility.

Responsibilities

• Break down objectives into measurable outcomes and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end AI Use Case governance lifecycle across intake to monitoring.
• Align governance priorities with sponsors and stakeholders to deliver enterprise value.
• Maintain governance records, risk assessments, and audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare and execute RAIB sessions and cross-functional reviews.
• Develop executive dashboards and scorecards for portfolio health.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable governance practices.
