Job summary

In addition to core duties, the candidate will advance AI/digital transformation, build Power BI dashboards, and automate reporting to drive faster insights and scalable processes for senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation, executive compensation, or related analytics experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and present insights to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, administer, and improve executive compensation programs and related actions.
• Support annual proxy statements, committee materials, and executive compensation analyses.
• Partner across HR, Legal, Finance, and external advisors to align with strategy and governance.
• Lead automation, AI-enabled content, dashboards, and digital tooling to enhance efficiency.
• Develop communications and disclosures with accuracy and clarity for senior stakeholders.
