Job Description

The Senior Production Accountant will handle month-end production accounting cycles in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia, providing support to the team. Key responsibilities include:

• Review facility data and inventories for accuracy
• Coordinate with Operations and Commercial teams on plant balancing and volume changes
• Calculate proration factors for R360 FSTs
• Manage producer volume split allocations and correspondence
• Generate reports and ensure compliance with government and internal requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve audit queries
• Maintain expertise in volumetric applications and regulatory reporting
• Respond to customer queries promptly

Qualifications

• 7+ years of volumetric/production accounting experience in Oil & Gas
• CAPPA certification (asset)
• Experience with production accounting software, Petrinex, Petrotranz, Excel, D365
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Pre-employment requirements pass

Additional Information
