About the Team & Business Line :

The Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to transform our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.

As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.

Your Role :

As part of the Transformation Office, you will be working as a Business Subject Matter Expert within the AXI Platform Transformation and Support Team. You will primarily focus on the Investor Transactions functions of the platform. The AXI Platform Transformation Team consists of a Team of Business Subject Matter Experts who support the business in day-to-day operations and represent the business stakeholders to determine and document the business requirements of the AXI Platform in collaboration with the AXI IT Development Team.

Your role will consist of the following functions :

  • Support Business Operations in configuring fund structures and settings.
  • Support Business Operations in setting up Legal Entities and Share / Partner Classes.
  • Support Business in running the Order Processing and Investor Reporting functions.
  • Analyze the operational or client specific needs.
  • Specify any new functional requirements to be developed.
  • Understand the purpose of any client specific or operational needs for AXI functionality.
  • Participate in workshops with Business Analysts and Development team to define and document business requirements for development.
  • Test new developed functionality.
  • Work with business stakeholders to acquire business sign off for new or amended functionality.
  • Work as an integral part of the Transformation Office.
  • Liaise with key IT personnel and Business Analysts during the development process.
  • Liaise with key Stakeholders and Plan Sponsors to identify improvements to systems and business processes.
  • Educate business users on new system enhancements.
  • Provide level 2 local / global support for the AXI Platform.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve complex problems and detect development solutions.

Any of the above tasks may be requested to be performed across other platforms within the Platform Transformation Office.

About You :

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance.
  • 4+ years’ experience in Fund Administration / Investor Servicing Systems.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Fund Administration / Investor Services.
  • Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong inter-personal, negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize amid competing timelines and priorities.
  • Proven complex problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of SQL is an asset.
