Job summary

Knak is seeking a Product Marketing Manager/Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for the portfolio. You will own messaging, content, and launches, partnering with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue across major enterprise accounts.

You’ll shape narratives, create decks and web copy, and ensure customer stories and playbooks resonate with buyers. A strong track record in enterprise SaaS marketing is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally SaaS sold to enterprise buyers.
• Experience launching products and features with measurable results.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Campaign teams.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation and multi-product portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the narrative and content that carries it across the portfolio.
• Run launches end-to-end, coordinating Product, Sales, Enablement and Marketing.
• Grow the accounts we already won through enterprise customer marketing.
• Provide leadership in messaging, decks, web copy, and customer stories.
