Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Group Product Manager to own and drive areas within the video devices hardware portfolio. You will collaborate with camera hardware, firmware, software, and VMS teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that impact revenue and customer value.

You will lead market research, define product roadmaps, and champion the product vision, while working with customers and partners to translate needs into robust hardware product features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with hardware device development lifecycles in a mature NPI process.

Responsibilities

• Market: Being the voice of the market and customer within the organization.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the needs of the physical security market by conducting market research supported by on-going collaboration with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Own and manage elements of the devices portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle.
• Develop and maintain the business case for each project and/or major feature enhancement including revenue projections and project ROI.
• Liaise requirements between the extended product management team and respective engineering teams.
