Job summary

WhereTo, part of the Flight Centre Travel Group, seeks a Senior Product Manager in Canada to shape the future of business travel. You will lead Travel Planning and Operations products, aligning strategy with customer needs and corporate goals, while driving innovation in a fast-paced startup-minded team.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact features, manage the product roadmap, and measure KPIs to ensure long-term product success across Travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience managing travel planning or similar customer-focused products.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel industry and workflows.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product vision and strategy for Travel Planning and Operations.
• Define, prioritise and manage the product roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver product enhancements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive travel planning experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics.
