Job summary

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager – SAP D&T for a permanent role in Vancouver. You will own the Distribution & Transportation product vision, drive SAP-enabled capabilities, and align with enterprise strategy across global logistics teams.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Omnichannel, Retail, Sourcing, and Finance leaders, lead discovery workshops, and oversee end-to-end SAP S/4D&T delivery. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP ERP delivery, product management, or enterprise systems leadership.
• 8+ years in Distribution & Transportation processes (retail, wholesale, fashion preferred).
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Logistics and EWM.
• Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA, FMS, or AFS.
• Experience integrating SAP with warehouse automation and 3PL systems.
• Experience with SAP GTS or ShipERP considered an asset.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead cross-functional delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic mindset balanced with execution focus.
• International travel flexibility.

• Partner with Logistics, Omnichannel, Retail, Sourcing, and Finance leaders to identify opportunities.
• Lead discovery workshops and business process blueprinting sessions.
• Drive alignment across business and technology teams on scope and outcomes.
• Act as the primary accountability for D&T product performance.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4 Distribution & Transportation initiatives.
• Manage change requests, enhancements, and major transformation programs.
• Ensure high-quality functional specifications and alignment with technical designs.
• Support integration across SAP SD, MM, EWM, 3PL systems, and warehouse automation.
• Govern testing standards and 2nd/3rd-level support models.
• Monitor system performance, adoption, and business value realization.
• Drive automation and reduction of non-value-added activities.
• Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
• Support training strategy, release readiness, and adoption across global logistics teams.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap evolution, and value delivery.
