Job summary

Localcoin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead integrations and platform initiatives, shaping the roadmap and guiding execution with engineering on APIs and architecture. You will grow into broader product leadership while delivering MVPs and new product concepts.

The role is hybrid, with in-office collaboration at our Etobicoke office every Wednesday and Friday, offering a pathway to broader leadership in a fast-growing crypto-focused company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Senior Product Manager; 5–6+ years overall product management experience preferred.
• Technical environment experience with platforms, integrations, fintech, cryptocurrency, or developer tools.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Experience with compliance requirements (KYC, AML, MSB).

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the Integrations team balancing customer needs, priorities, and constraints.
• Define requirements with Engineering, prioritise work, and ship high-quality integrations.
• Translate strategy into MVP scope and execution plans.
• Evaluate opportunities, feasibility, costs, risks, and success criteria.
• Advise leadership with clear product recommendations on tradeoffs and paths.
• Lead new initiatives from concept through prototype to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Define success metrics and use data and market insights to guide decisions.
