This is a flexible position with options to work in our Toronto office full-time, hybrid throughout the week, or entirely remotely.

Position Summary

Vena is the only agentic AI-powered FP&A platform purpose-built to fully amplify the Microsoft technology ecosystem. With the launch of Vena Copilot in May 2024, Vena has established leadership in AI innovation for FP&A, helping organizations transform the Office of Finance by enabling AI adoption. Our mission is to help Finance professionals transform their daily work, driving productivity, agility, and unlocking strategic potential.

As Senior Product Manager of Vena Copilot, you will enhance Vena Copilot’s foundation by improving AI capabilities, including building and launching new AI agents to assist finance professionals daily. You will own the product portfolio, manage the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote post-launch adoption. You will play a key role in Vena’s growth towards becoming a leading Canadian software company.

What You Will Do

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer and user needs and pain points.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain Vena’s leadership in AI for FP&A.
• Align with Vena’s corporate strategy to develop a comprehensive product strategy and multi-year roadmap for AI, achieving strategic customer outcomes.
• Prioritize investments and trade-offs with analysis and compelling ROI-driven business cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Design / UX, Content, Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams to create engaging product experiences.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Engage in industry events and lead customer and partner interactions as a product expert.
• Motivate and inspire colleagues to build innovative AI solutions that benefit customers daily.

Preferred Qualifications
