As a Product Manager at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the roadmap for our AI-driven solutions—specifically focusing onCopilot,Copilot Studio, and advancedAI Insightsfor ourCPQ(Configure-Price-Quote) pillar. Conga thrives on solving complex business problems for our customers, and we’re looking for someone who can bridge the technical and business worlds to create products that our customers love. You’ll help shape our next phase of growth by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, including agents and large language models, to deliver compelling product experiences.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

• 6+ yearsof Product Management experience, ideally withB2B SaaSproducts.
• Proven track record ofbuilding and launching new product featuresor standalone solutions with measurable market success.
• Background in CPQor a strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process is asignificant bonus.
• Familiarity withAI technologies, including Copilot, AI-driven agents, or large language model-based tools.

Research and Creativity

• Ability to gather insights from market trends, user feedback, and data analytics, then translate them into strategic product requirements.
• Comfortable runningexperimentsand leveraginguser researchto refine features in Copilot Studio and other AI-driven functionalities.
• Capable ofwireframingand collaborating with UX teams to create intuitive experiences that blend AI insights with user workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with development, design, data science, and go-to-market teams todeliver AI-centric featureson time and within scope.
• Clearly communicate product vision and priorities to ensure teams stay aligned and motivated.
• Provide timely decisions to resolve system-level questions, manage feature backlogs, and help triage defects effectively.

Analyze and prioritize

• Use metrics and user feedback toevaluate feature performanceand continuously refine your roadmap, especially for AI-based functionalities.
• Partner with stakeholders to balance feature requests, technical constraints, and market opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication about product release timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing topromote new Copilot and AI features, ensuring customers understand the capabilities and benefits of these solutions.
• Gather direct feedback from users, translate insights into improvements, and help drive adoption of AI offerings.
• Document processes, logs, and outcomes to create a continuous feedback loop for product enhancements.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent/higher.
