Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design to join the New Product Development team. You will craft user-centered data product experiences for web, mobile, and voice interfaces, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other experts.

You will prototype rapidly, validate ideas through user research, and help de-risk concepts for scalable products. The role emphasizes Lean UX, Design Thinking, and diverse form-factors; you’ll influence design

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent.
World-beating portfolio covering multiple form-factors: desktop, tablet, mobile, wearable.

Responsibilities

Design Proof-of- Concepts and MVPs using human-centric design principles and rapid prototyping.
Define the next generation of data-driven products and shape Mastercard’s growth.
De-risk new data product concepts by conducting user research to validate desirability, usability and feasibility.
Design product solutions that present complex data in a meaningful and digestible way.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, PMs, and regional leads.
