Job summary

Docebo is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to own the full lifecycle of features from discovery to shipping and measurement. You will blend strong front-end work (Angular, TypeScript) with collaboration across Go/Node.js/Python back-ends, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Testing to deliver scalable solutions while mentoring peers and driving product decisions with data-driven insight.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of full stack experience with front-end focus and SaaS shipping
• Angular (or similar) and TypeScript with NgRx, RxJS, and performance optimization
• Back-end knowledge (Go, Node.js, Python) to design APIs and tradeoffs
• Fluent in AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
• Experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing
• Strong communication and mentoring experience; translate user needs into tech
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Own products end-to-end: ideate from user conversations, analytics, and strategy; ship MVPs and iterate
• Architect and develop Angular front-end with component architecture and design system decisions; collaborate with backend teams (Go, Node.js, Python)
• Stay close to customers: talk to users, participate in support rotations, use analytics to understand usage
• Measure and iterate: instrument features, run experiments, define success metrics, decide what to build
• Build with AI daily: use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex to accelerate output
• Drive engineering excellence: improve front-end workflows, tooling, and testing; ensure fast, safe deployments
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Product, Design, Testing; own decisions when appropriate
• Mentor and grow others: coach developers on challenges and product thinking
