Job summary

Docebo is seeking a founding member of the Forward Deployed Engineering team to bridge cutting‑edge AI tech with real business impact. You’ll collaborate directly with strategic customers to transform complex L&D workflows into autonomous, high‑impact AI agents.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to deployment, chartering the FDE function and shaping our technical roadmap across AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, production‑grade full‑stack software development.
• Customer‑centric mindset with ability to engage enterprise stakeholders.
• Ambiguity tolerance; ownership from zero to one with partial information.
• Rapid prototyping and iteration based on real‑world usage.

Responsibilities

• Define how the FDE team operates and craft internal playbooks and roadmaps.
• Map L&D workflows with clients to identify high‑impact AI opportunities.
• Architect and deploy bespoke AI agents integrated with client systems.
• Drive platform evolution by turning client needs into scalable features.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to production.
• Build and shape the founding FDE team culture and org design.
