Job summary

Docebo is seeking a founding member of our Forward Deployed Engineering team to bridge cutting-edge AI with real-world impact. You will work with enterprise customers to transform L&D workflows into autonomous AI agents, shaping our FDE function from the ground up and setting the direction for AI-first learning.

You will own lifecycle from discovery to deployment, collaborating across teams to translate insights into scalable platform features and artifacts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
• Customer-centric focus with the confidence and communication skills to engage enterprise stakeholders.
• Rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iteration based on real-world usage and feedback.
• Proficiency in frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Next.js, TypeScript).
• Strong architectural background with distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Autonomous Intelligence: map complex L&D workflows with enterprise customers to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Architect Custom AI Agents: design and deploy bespoke agents that integrate with Docebo Agent Hub.
• Drive Platform Evolution: translate customer insights into platform enhancements and scalable features.
• Own the Product Lifecycle: from discovery and architecture to production deployment and optimization.
• Build the Discipline: shape founding FDE team culture and define the tech roadmap.
