Capital One Canada is seeking a Sr. Associate, Product Designer to turn complex challenges into intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering, contribute to design systems, and advocate for accessible, user-centered design in a hybrid office in Toronto. With 4–5 years in UX/Product Design, you’ll leverage Figma and AI-assisted ideation to shape onboarding journeys and marketing pages, delivering high-fidelity interfaces that align user needs

Formación

• 4–5 years of UX/Product Design experience with responsive web design and marketing pages.
• Experience using AI tools to aid idea generation.
• Expert knowledge of UX/UI best practices and design processes.
• Advanced knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Portfolio demonstrating involvement across the design cycle in responsive websites.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to strategy and execution of web acquisition and onboarding user experiences.
• Observe analytics and research to inform future A/B tests and enhancements.
• Define and refine user experiences from requirements gathering through UI design.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, user flows, journey maps and design system contributions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape web and mobile platforms.
• Champion user-centered design and participate in design ceremonies and team events.
