Description

As the Senior Product Designer for Core Experience, you will play a central role in shaping the design and user experience of the AgencyAnalytics platform. The Core Experience squad addresses design challenges and drives UX improvements that connect and integrate the suite of products. Past projects include redesigning the platform’s information architecture, designing a new client “profile” page, and unifying the integration management experience.

Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you will be part of a growing team of 7+ designers, working closely with a Staff Product Manager and a Senior Engineering Manager. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of the Core Experience, owning end-to-end design processes.
• Contribute to strategy by using research and heuristic analysis to identify UX improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, marketing, data analytics, and design teams.
• Spend approximately 20% of your time conducting user research and usability testing.
• Balance strategic input with execution, seeking feedback to align with business goals.
• Leverage data and user feedback to inform design decisions, especially in data-heavy products.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Provide informal mentorship to junior and mid-level designers.

What You'll Bring

• 5-7+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS, with strong UI and UX impact.
• Proven expertise in user-centered design, especially for data-heavy or B2B products.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and applying feedback.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including PMs, engineers, and marketers.
• Proactive ownership and leadership in design projects.
• Attention to detail in complex data presentation.
• Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions.

Compensation

Our base salary for this role ranges from $108,100 - $162,200 CAD. Compensation considers market data, skills, experience, and internal equity, with potential for additional variable pay.
