The Role and Responsibilities

• Gather and understand requirements from key partners to identify gaps and deliver solutions.
• Manage the design iteration process for new and existing products; estimate resources and timelines.
• Develop effective UI/UX designs; make iterative improvements to user interactions.
• Conduct requirement gathering meetings and research; clarify and adapt designs to meet business needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design deliverables.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior designers, setting high standards for design quality.
• Optional: Video editing, animation, and compositing skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build prototypes and conduct user testing.
• Strive for best-in-class execution in all projects.

Education and Experience

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of UI/UX design or related experience.
• Experience in front-end development or working closely with developers is required.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Adobe CC, Figma, Sketch, etc.
