Senior Product Designer - (Remote - Canada)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to join a high-growth tech company transforming operations in the commercial services industry. As a senior member of the design team, you will lead product design efforts from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered solutions. You will bring strong design expertise, user research skills, and a passion for elevating digital experiences in complex, real-world environments. Accountabilities:

1. Own end-to-end design processes for key product areas, from user flows to final designs ready for development
2. Lead and participate in user discovery and translate insights into actionable product improvements
3. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design goals align with user needs and business objectives
4. Create and refine high-quality visuals, prototypes, and documentation that drive clarity and consistency
5. Mentor junior designers and actively contribute to a supportive, high-performing design culture
6. Help scale design systems and maintain visual consistency across all user touchpoints

Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product development
2. Expertise in Figma and strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, user research, and usability testing
3. Experience designing for enterprise or vertical SaaS platforms
4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions
5. Comfortable working independently on complex and ambiguous projects
6. Ability to travel up to six times annually for team offsites or customer engagement
7. Bonus: Familiarity with commercial trades or construction, HTML/CSS principles, or design tools like Dovetail and Jira
8. Bonus: Experience incorporating AI tools into the design process
