Job summary

Vish is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape the user experience of our color management platform for salons. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure the product feels cohesive with the Vish brand and scales as we grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Fluent in Figma with strong auto-layout, components, and scalable systems.
• Ability to define information architecture and craft delightful micro-interactions.
• Clear communicator able to explain design rationale to engineers, PMs, and leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast pace, and ownership of design systems.
• Interest in AI-assisted design tools to boost speed and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives from concept through shipped experience.
• Set and raise the design bar, delivering scalable systems that users love.
• Build and evolve the design system to enable fast, consistent work.
• Partner with Marketing to keep the Vish brand cohesive across touchpoints.
• Engage with customers (salon owners, stylists, front desk) to translate workflows into elegant design.
• Mentor and collaborate with other designers to elevate the team’s craft.
• Translate broad ideas into concrete flows, prototypes, and specs for Engineering.
• Balance speed and craft within six-week Shape Up cycles.
