Role Mission

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional team members to design engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, either from scratch (0-1) or as an extension of existing designs and established design systems.

• You’ll be responsible for creating personas, information architecture, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that follow interaction design and usability best practices.
• Work with clients and internal project teams to promote accessibility and usability best practices.
• Produce clear, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams explaining the rationale behind your designs.
• Deliver solutions that are useful and delightful, meeting our clients’ needs and requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with our clients.
• Increase awareness of the value of user experience design and research both internally and externally.

About You

• 3-5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a consulting or agency setting.
• Experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components.
• Experience with user research methods and tools.
• Extensive client-facing experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech, FinTech, Telco, or HealthTech sectors.
• Familiarity with WCAG and other accessibility standards.
• Ability to work remotely anywhere in North America.
