Job summary

Capital One Canada seeks a Senior Associate, Process Management to improve and manage enterprise processes. You’ll collaborate across domains to ensure customer promises are met and regulatory commitments are upheld, while learning from teams like Data Science, Analytics and Product Management.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, joining cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric process improvements and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years designing, building and improving processes.
• 3+ years in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Improve process effectiveness across teams and stakeholders.
• Validate business intent and track customer impact.
• Develop QA routines, controls testing and assessments.
• Monitor process performance and report findings.
• Leverage data and research to drive customer experience.
• Define improvement agendas and drive efficiencies.
• Lead communication and change management for initiatives.
• Document processes with BPM, Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
• Own issue troubleshooting and resolution; escalate when needed.
