Job summary

ATCO EnPower seeks a Lead Engineer, Process Engineering to provide technical leadership across process engineering, governance, and performance improvement. The role acts as Technical Authority for process engineering, supporting operations, asset integrity, projects, and growth initiatives.

You will strengthen safety, reliability, and operability through engineering standards, modelling, and continuous improvement, guiding teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably chemical engineering.
• P.Eng. registration in Alberta.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
• Expert knowledge of process engineering, facility operations, engineering governance, and recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices.
• Knowledge of process design, process modelling, equipment sizing, troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and optimization methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to operations to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead process engineering studies and assessments to improve performance and operability.
• Provide governance as Technical Authority for process engineering and related disciplines.
• Coach and mentor engineers, and lead roadmapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
