Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Lead Process Engineer for a long term assignment with a major EPC client in Calgary, AB. The role leads process engineering scope, ensures deliverables meet client and regulatory requirements, and provides technical leadership across all project phases.

You will guide feasibility, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning while coaching a team of process engineers and designers and promoting a safe, quality-driven delivery culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• P.Eng. designation or active pursuit depending on requirements.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering fundamentals and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering scope and deliverables on projects.
• Provide technical leadership across feasibility to commissioning.
• Mentor and coordinate process engineers and designers.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support procurement activities and risk mitigation for projects.
