StructureCraft Inc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Process Architect to own the company process map as the single source of truth. You will govern BPMN 2.0 models, SIPOC definitions, and RACI assignments, guiding the ERP and StructureCraftOS implementation with Epicor Kinetic.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis, business-process management, or process architecture.
• Expert BPMN 2.0, EPC notations and confident command of process frameworks and hierarchies.
• Cross-functional literacy to discuss with finance, engineering, manufacturing, construction and supply chain.
• Experience with ERP implementations (major platform) and data/process integration.
• Strong facilitation to extract decisions from busy senior experts.
• Ability to mediate between operational reality and ERP defaults.
• Discipline in writing procedures and definitions that are actually used.
• Comfort with a bespoke process platform over packaged BPM suites.

Responsibilities

• Own the company process map end to end: modeling standard, hierarchy, and sign-off ritual.
• Verify in-scope processes with function owners; facilitate sessions and obtain formal sign-off.
• Model as-is and to-be processes in BPMN 2.0; define SIPOC and RACI across departments.
• Link processes to systems and data; feed ERP configuration, integration design and reporting.
• Operate and co-develop the Process Atlas; shape its backlog with the software engineer.
• Translate signed-off processes into configuration-ready forms for Epicor implementation.
• Maintain map within 10 working days of changes; drive continuous improvement post go-live.
• Support AI-centric transformation through process-driven configuration.
