Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to join the Incentive Compensation Delivery (ICD) team in Mississauga. You will shape operational processes supporting Salesforce employees across Personal Banking, Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, focusing on reducing risk and enabling scalable design.

You will map and analyze current processes, engage stakeholders, design future state workflows, and leverage data and tools to drive automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, business transformation, or risk management roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive process reviews and mapping to evaluate operation risks and efficiency.
• Lead design sessions with stakeholders to diagnose pain points and shape future state processes.
• Develop current and future state analyses of processes, systems, and data for scalable solutions.
• Identify data and technology options to drive automation and scalable design recommendations.
• Facilitate change management and stakeholder communication to ensure adoption of new processes.
