Job summary

HS Financial Technologies (HSFT) is seeking a Private Equity Manager to lead the closed-end fund accounting function under guidance from Senior Directors. You will ensure timely NAV calculations and support client relationships with a focus on accurate, efficient service delivery across private equity funds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fund Administration, hedge funds, or private equity funds, with at least 3 years at Supervisor level.
• Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Business Degree.
• Intention to actively pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good people manager with the ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a team or independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Private Equity team operations.
• Oversee capital calls and distributions processing.
• Prepare net asset value calculations and financial statements.
• Handle fee calculations and profit/loss allocations.
• Create and maintain waterfall schedules.
• Produce performance reporting including IRRs.
• Provide ad hoc client and investor reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.
