Job summary

Torys LLP in Toronto seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to provide analytical and pricing support across the Firm, including proposals, matter data, profitability reviews, and pricing initiatives.

The role involves developing pricing models, supporting RFPs and client discussions, and monitoring client arrangements with advanced analytics and BI tools as part of a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing or financial analysis experience, preferably including 3+ years in legal pricing.
• Experience supporting RFPs, client proposals, and competitive bids.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills with Excel.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and Elite 3E is an asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on pricing for RFPs, proposals, and client fee discussions.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, templates, and materials.
• Monitor profitability and prepare client-facing reporting on discounts and arrangements.
• Provide back-up support to pricing leadership and coordinate with Business Services.
