Citizen Relations Inc. is seeking an Account Director to lead client relationships, drive strategic campaigns, and mentor teams across PR disciplines.

You will own client portfolios, develop innovative strategies, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, while expanding business with existing clients. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of PR experience, strong writing and presentation skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset to influence senior-level clients and

Qualificações

• 7+ years of PR experience, agency experience preferred.
• Previous management experience leading a client and a team.
• Ability to lead others and coach staff under pressure.
• Superior client relationship management and business acumen.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Stellar writing and editing skills for diverse channels.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actively participate in strategy and creative process with account lead.
• Collaborate to build plan presentations with direction from account lead.
• Champion innovative work and establish trust with clients.
• Coach team on client management and expectations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty; manage budgets.
• Participate in new business development with existing clients.
• Assist junior team members with new business presentations.
• Contribute to annual business planning with portfolio teams.
• Interact with senior clients and ensure high-quality work.
