Job summary

EQ Bank, one of Canada’s Challenger Banks, is hiring a Senior CRM & AI Solutions Developer in Toronto. You’ll build and deliver CRM and low-code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power BI, working with a cross-functional team to deliver business value with minimal risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years delivering technology projects in a hands-on role.
• Extensive experience across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
• Strong Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service) experience, including workflows and security roles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support Power Platform apps (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, BI) with Dataverse and SharePoint Online.
• Build and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including customizations and security roles.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions with Copilot Studio and integrate with enterprise data sources.
• Assess platform suitability across Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and optimize data models for performance.
• Create custom connectors and integrate with external systems and APIs; extend with Azure Functions/Logic Apps.
• Follow ALM best practices for packaging and deploying components via DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA on test strategies and provide post-deployment support.
• Stay current on Power Platform and AI capabilities and advise business units.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and story-point estimation.
