Job summary

Osedea in Montreal is seeking a Power Platform Expert to design and develop business solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. You will transform client requirements into high-performing applications and own the solution lifecycle.

The role requires strong Power Apps, Power Fx, and Power Automate skills, Dataverse data modeling, and integration with SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs. French communication is essential, and a collaborative, autonomous mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar Power Platform role.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling and security.
• Experience with integrating with Business Central, SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs.

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven apps based on UI mockups (Figma or equivalent).

Role overview

We are currently looking for a Power Platform Expert to join our high-performing team, passionate about innovation and challenging projects, in an environment that promotes both professional growth and personal fulfillment.

As a Power Platform Expert, you will play a key role in designing and developing modern business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. You will transform our clients' business requirements into high-performing, user-friendly applications while taking ownership of the entire solution lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze clients' business needs and recommend appropriate Power Platform solutions;
• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Power Apps, including pixel-perfect implementation based on UI mockups (Figma or equivalent);
• Develop reusable components and maintain a Canvas component library;
• Leverage Power Fx to implement complex business logic;
• Build advanced automation workflows with Power Automate, including HTTP and custom connectors;
• Model and manage data in Dataverse, including tables, relationships, calculated columns, and role-based security;
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as Business Central, SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs;
• Perform testing, manage environments, and oversee deployments using Power Platform ALM pipelines;
• Produce technical and functional documentation;
• Support clients throughout solution adoption and provide post-deployment assistance;
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of internal practices.

The ideal candidate

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, including Power Fx and reusable components;
• Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling, role-based security, and calculated columns;
• Solid experience with Power Automate, including custom connectors and HTTP requests;
• The ability to accurately interpret and implement UI designs from Figma or similar design tools;
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience integrating with systems such as Business Central, SharePoint, and REST APIs;
• Excellent communication skills in French; functional English is considered an asset;
• A high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, rigor, and a collaborative mindset;
• A strong results-oriented approach and a customer-focused attitude.
