- At least 5-7 years in power electronics or power conversion systems.
- Proven experience designing and delivering commercial products.
- Strong system-architecture background and technical leadership.
- Expertise in power electronics, controls, thermal performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Ability to evaluate complex technical trade-offs and make sound decisions.
- Experience guiding products from development to production and field deployment.
