Job summary

Aramco seeks a Senior Power Cable Technician to join its Power Operations Organization. You will install, test, and repair 2.4KV-115KV cables, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, compliant operations in demanding environments.

The role requires extensive hands‑on experience, relocation to Saudi Arabia, and strong English communication. Opportunities include leadership in fault location and commissioning of high‑voltage cable systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in electrical field; B.S. preferred.
• 12 years of experience with at least 10 years in power system construction, commissioning, maintenance and operation.
• Must be able to relocate to Saudi Arabia and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform HV cable testing, installation, and maintenance.
• Locate faults and perform diagnostics to determine repairs.
• Supervise and train junior technicians.
• Ensure safety and compliance with electrical codes and procedures.
• Commission new cable systems and perform splices and terminations.
