Job summary

A leading energy company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Power Systems Planning Department. This permanent role requires full relocation to Saudi Arabia. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience in utility sectors, particularly in cogeneration technologies. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential to manage complex agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of field experience in the utility or industry sectors.
• Depth experience in Independent Power Producer (IPP) scheme.
• Familiarity with Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) and Build Own Operate (BOO) contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage third-party agreements and energy conversion contracts.
• Conduct performance analyses of cogeneration systems.
• Prepare comprehensive offtake reports for stakeholders.
