BGIS is seeking a Power Engineer/Building Technician to operate and maintain a facility, including mechanical and electrical systems. The role involves inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and adherence to safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma with trades training, 3+ years in HVAC maintenance, and knowledge of BAS/HVAC systems. On-call shifts and PPE compliance are required.

Formación

• High school diploma plus trades training and/or licensing.
• Minimum 3 years experience in preventive/corrective maintenance on HVAC systems or related.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Commitment to environmental, health and safety policies and PPE.
• Willingness to work shifts, be on-call, and respond to emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Operate facility mechanical and other systems.
• Perform inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document resolutions.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs and document deficiencies.
• Support tenant satisfaction and maintain positive client relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
