Job summary

Apptoza Inc. is seeking an experienced BI lead to migrate Tableau assets to Power BI and design scalable data models. You will steer migration strategy, mentor BI developers, and align outputs with business requirements.

The role requires strong SQL and hands-on Power BI expertise, with excellent communication to manage stakeholders and deliver high-quality dashboards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience.
• Hands-on Tableau (dashboards, calculations, LODs).
• Hands-on Power BI (Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query).
• Proven experience migrating Tableau to Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• Experience with data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure Synapse.
• BI performance tuning knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of Tableau reports, dashboards, and data sources to Power BI.

• Solid understanding of BI performance tuning and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
