Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives spanning network and security infrastructure. The role translates cyber strategy into actionable roadmaps, security requirements, and technical standards, ensuring a robust security posture across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in tech/cyber program mgmt, 4+ years in network security, and holds CISSP/CISM/CCNP Security or equivalent.

Qualifications

7+ years in program management within technology or cybersecurity.
4+ years focused on network and security infrastructure.
Deep understanding of network architecture, security controls, and infrastructure technologies.
Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security (or equivalent).
Strong communication and influence across technical and business stakeholders.
Track record delivering large‑scale security-focused infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
Experience in Agile environments and using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives in network and security infrastructure.
Translate enterprise cyber strategy into actionable roadmaps and technical standards.
Define and enforce security-focused technical standards for infrastructure technologies.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, cost, and feasibility.
Embed governance and security controls into roadmap initiatives.
Present roadmap to executive stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
Develop communication plans and report program status to leadership.
Influence cross‑functional teams to deliver secure infrastructure outcomes.
