Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience in complex technology environments including advisory, audit, compliance or assurance.
• Experience designing or supporting third-party assurance programs.
• Experience due diligence, integration planning, risk assessment or remediation for M&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial security program and M&A programs for Enterprise Business.
• Support cyber security due diligence, risk assessment, and remediation planning for transactions.
• Develop security requirements and reporting aligned with standards and policies.
• Provide executive-ready summaries and guidance to business leaders and deal teams.
• Improve security content for pre-sales and post-sales activities and client questions.
