Job summary

Vancity, a member-owned credit union, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Credit Card Products, Digital Enablement. You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital experiences across the end-to-end credit card member journey to drive growth and engagement.

The role reports to the Manager, Credit Card Enablement. It is a full-time, permanent position open to candidates nationwide in Canada, with remote work options and on-site attendance as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, digital product management, or digital acquisition within financial services.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of credit card products, payments, lending, and digital acquisition ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital roadmap supporting credit card acquisition, onboarding, servicing, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital Banking, and Analytics to optimize performance.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of strategic initiatives including new product launches and digital origination enhancements.
• Develop business cases, requirements, success metrics, and implementation plans.
• Leverage data and insights to drive outcomes and measure success.
