Vancity is seeking a Senior Manager of Payment Banking Products for a 18-month contract with a hybrid work arrangement. The role reports to the Director, Payment Products and focuses on driving revenue growth through innovative payment solutions for members.

We value strategic thinking, people leadership, and deep knowledge of banking products, with a strong track record in delivering product roadmaps and managing budgets. On-site presence may be required for events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or payment product development.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and large cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing product strategies, business cases, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, growth, and performance of payment products and services across the portfolio.
• Develop product roadmaps and align resources with business goals.
